COLOP at the Wels City Festival

On the occasion of the 800th anniversary of the city of Wels, a festival was organised in the city centre of Wels between K.J. and Zwinger on 24 and 25 June 2022. Besides great show acts on the main stage, companies, organisations, clubs as well as schools and kindergartens were given the chance to participate in the festival and enjoyed a record attendance of 100,000 people in total. COLOP was represented in the Ringstraße with a 5 x 5 m pavilion and presented its 3 business segments in this setting.

Especially the numerous children were enthusiastic about the LaDot tattoo stamps and often formed real queues to get to their favourite motif, which was individually applied to hands or arms by the COLOP team on site with a lot of imagination.

A raffle, in which fun Woodie stamps could be won, was also a real crowd puller - especially for the young visitors.

The third area on the COLOP stand was more interesting for adults - here the e-mark was presented. Ballpoint pens, key rings and gift ribbons were personalised and of course the visitors were also interested in the technology that makes up the e-mark. For many people from Wels it was the first time they experienced such a mobile printer in action.

The COLOP team literally worked up a sweat, especially on Saturday due to the enormous number of visitors. It was great fun to please so many people and to bring COLOP closer to them.
